1. Is the texture of the fabric clear and delicate. Siro tightly spun yarn has high twist, compactness, and less hairiness, making the fabric texture clearer and more mechanistic than ring spun yarn.
2. Check if the nap on the fabric is even and fine. After two rounds of fiber sanding and enzyme shedding, the Tencel fabric produces a uniform and fine ultra short pile, which is superior to carbon or ceramic sanding. However, completing these processes in the rolling cylinder or machine cylinder cannot achieve this effect, and even blocky colored flowers may appear. Long car dyeing results in fluff.
3. The touch is firm (including) soft (glutinous) (hanging) and sagging (silky) and smooth. An example of the failure of Tencel fabric is to create a feeling of artificial cotton, which is soft and bony, with a drooping sensation but not as smooth as the ultra short velvet.
4. It is fluffy and full without being rigid. Long machine mercerization, machine cylinder dyeing, and dry stretching ensure that the Tencel fabric is fluffy and full, while the Tencel fabric dyed in a roll cylinder or long car is rigid like cotton fabric.
5. Less crepe printing, less sanding, less scratches, and small color difference. Crepe printing is one of the core issues that should be paid attention to in Tencel fabric production. Avoidance measures run through the entire process of Tencel fabric production, from fabric rolling, fiber opening and reservation, to mercerization and dyeing, and then to sand washing and sand returning, all centered around this.
