bamboo fiber
The bamboo fiber yarn raw material uses bamboo as the raw material, and the staple fiber yarn produced from bamboo pulp fiber is a green product. The knitted fabric and clothing produced from the cotton yarn made from this raw material have distinctly different cellulose and wood-type cellulose fibers. 'S unique style: abrasion resistance, lint-free ball, high hygroscopicity, quick-drying, high breathability, drapeability, smooth and plump hand, soft as silk, mildew and mothproof, antibacterial, cool and comfortable to wear, it has the effect of beauty skin care . The dyeing performance is excellent, the gloss is bright, and it has better natural antibacterial effect and environmental protection. It conforms to the trend of modern people pursuing health and comfort. Of course, bamboo fiber fabric also has some shortcomings. This plant fabric is weaker than other ordinary fabrics, the damage rate is higher, and the shrinkage rate is more difficult to control. In order to overcome these defects, bamboo fibers are usually blended with some common fibers. The blending of bamboo fibers with other types of fibers in a specific ratio can not only reflect the performance of other fibers but also give full play to the characteristics of bamboo fibers, bringing new characteristics to knitted fabrics. Purely spun and blended yarns (mixed with different types of blended fibers such as Tencel, Modal, Perspiration Polyester, Negative Ion Polyester, Corn Fiber, Cotton, Acrylic, etc.) are the preferred fabrics for knitted personalized textiles. In fashion, the effect of taking bamboo fiber fabrics in spring and summer wear is even better.

Soybean fiber
Soybean protein fiber is a degradable regenerated plant protein fiber, which has many excellent properties of natural fiber and chemical fiber. Its fabric has cashmere-like feel, silky gloss and breathable warmth of cotton. It is skin-friendly and comfortable. Soybean protein fiber is similar to silk, with good drapability and delicate surface texture, making it an ideal fabric for high-end shirts. It also contains a variety of essential amino acids, suitable for wearing. China is the third largest organic cotton producer in the world after Turkey and India, and Xinjiang is the main production center. Organic cotton can not be used or only a small amount of chemical pesticides and other chemicals are used in the cultivation process. Organic fertilizers, biological control of pests and diseases, and natural farming are the main sources. From seeds to agricultural products, all must be natural and pollution-free. Organic cotton fabrics are about 50% more expensive than traditional fabrics.

Hemp fiber
Hemp fibers are fibers obtained from various hemp plants, including bast fibers of the annual or perennial herb dicotyledonous cortex and leaf fibers of monocotyledonous plants. Bast fiber crops mainly include ramie, jute, green hemp, DA hemp (hemp), flax, apocynum and kenaf. Among them, the cell walls of hemp, flax, apocynum, etc. are not lignified, and the thickness of the fiber is similar to that of cotton. It can be used as a textile raw material and woven into various cool linen, summer cloth, or can be blended with cotton, wool, silk or chemical fiber. The strength of hemp fiber is higher than cotton fiber, up to 6.5 g/denier; the elongation is small, only half of cotton fiber, about 3.5%, which is more brittle than cotton fiber. The surface of hemp and flax fibers is smooth, and it is easier to absorb moisture, and the speed of moisture distribution to the atmosphere is faster; the fibers are straight and not easy to deform.
