1、 The steaming and coloring should be complete. If the steaming is not good, the color will fall heavily after washing, and the contamination will be more serious.

2、 The floating color should be cleaned. The floating color is less, and the white ground is not easy to be stained when soaping.

3、 Soap detergent shall be washed with soap detergent with good anti staining performance to avoid contamination on the white ground. 4、 The water should be used up to remove the paste, and the cloth surface cannot be used up to remove the paste. The hand feel of the post finishing will be too hard. Adding more softeners will increase the cost of the post finishing, and will also cause the increase of defective products. The color stain on the cloth will affect the product quality. Therefore, attention must be paid to the formulation of process and standardized operation during water washing operation.
