Flannel production has a long history in my country. Generally, plain weave, twill, serge and other grey fabrics are used to move relative to the raising roller on the steel wire raising machine to produce fluffy fluff on the surface of the fabric, thereby obtaining a soft and warm feeling; combined with bleaching, dyeing, printing, finishing and other processing techniques, Fluffy products have a more beautiful appearance. Flannel is often used in winter underwear clothing. After printing, it can also be used as women's and children's outerwear in the spring and autumn. Printed flannel is the main component of flannel production.

The style of printed flannel is characterized by uniform fleece, clear pattern outline, smooth fleece, rich depth, light color and bright whiteness. In process design, it is necessary to ensure the style characteristics of the flannel, but also to meet the requirements for color fastness. The flannel printing process is basically the same as the general cotton printing process. At present, the commonly used processes are coating process, pull element-reactive process, and sometimes ice-coating process. In flannel printing, anti-printing technology and anti-discharge technology are also used.

Coating technology: It is better to be used for medium and light color patterns and imitation wick patterns. It can ensure smooth lines, whiteness and neat fluff, and has the advantages of short process route, less machine occupation, and various fastnesses. Meet the requirements. But the rubbing fastness of dark patterns with larger areas is poor.

Pull element-active process: This process is easy to operate, complete chromatogram, good rubbing fastness, and more color changes. Therefore, this process is used for patterns with higher dye fastness requirements. For certain reactive dyes with high concentration and poor wet fastness, measures such as padding fixative FH and fixative ED can be taken to improve.

Insoluble azo dye process: Due to the incomplete chromatogram and complicated operation of this process, ice slurry process must be used for colors such as red and deep purple, and it is generally not used. In particular, the coupling rate of blue BB color base and blue salt is too slow, and it is extremely sensitive to the size of the grey fabric and the degree of drying. It is often easy to cause color difference before and after printing, and it cannot be imprinted with dyes that couple fast such as red G. It will cause incomplete hair color and poor results. When using this process, it is usually co-printed with paint.

Because there is a layer of fluff on the surface of the flannel, the thicker color paste is not easy to penetrate into the inner layer of the fluff, so the printing paste should be thinned to help the fabric evenly absorb the color paste and reduce the blurring of the pattern.

The engraving depth of the flower tube should be determined according to the pattern, but due to the fluff on the surface of the fabric and poor permeability, the depth of the flower tube should be deeper than ordinary plain fabrics, so that the printing paste is slightly more, which is good for printing. A scraper is installed on the flower tube to remove all the cilia attached to the flower tube to avoid printing defects.

Flannel pattern fleece printing is a new development of flannel printing. The characteristic of colored fleece printed flannel is partial fleece. According to the layout of the printed pattern, make the ground color not velvety, but the flower will not be velvet; or the ground color will be velvet, but the flower will not be velvet; or part of the flower will be velvet, and some of the flower will not be velvet. The patterns can be various, with electrostatic flocking style and three-dimensional effect.

At present, the process method for the pattern raising of the pattern of fleece printing is to use a certain amount of binder and cross-linking agent in the printing paint color paste, and after printing, it is steamed or baked on the fiber surface to form a film and seal, or in the insoluble couple The method of adding a paint binder to the nitrogen dye to form a film seal makes it difficult for the needles on the steel wire needle of the raising machine to penetrate the surface of the cotton yarn, resulting in no fluffing at the place where the paint paste is printed, and the place where the paste is printed without paint. So as to obtain the fleece flannel.
