1. Calendering

Calendering is a whole process of processing technology that uses the ductility of chemical fibers under cold and wet standards to flatten the surface of the fabric or roll out the fine twill fabric with parallel planes to improve the luster of the fabric. Flat calendering is a hard calendering point composed of hard rollers and soft rollers. After the fabric is rolled, the cotton yarn is flattened, the surface is smooth, the gloss is improved, and the touch is hard. The calendered fabric is thinner, softer, brighter, cleaner, stronger, less prone to ballooning, paraffin slices for clothing, cooler and more comfortable in summer.

2. Electro-optic

Electro-optic is the use of mechanical equipment working pressure, temperature and other functions, so that the fabric has a surface with fine straight lines and a stronger luster than calendering. The mechanical equipment structure principle and production process of electro-optical carding machine are similar to calendering. Electro-optical machine is mostly composed of two rollers, one hard and one soft. Therefore, electro-optic carding not only flattens the fabric, but also rolls out the lines parallel to each other on the surface of the fabric, which covers the irregular ordering of chemical fibers or cotton yarns on the surface of the fabric. 3. Embossing

Crimping is formed by rolling sticks and soft rollers engraved with positive lines. In the state of hot rolling, the fabric can get a glossy texture. The surface of the embossed fabric is embossed with convex and concave lines, which improves the pattern of the fabric and has a strong sense of hierarchy. Such as cotton calendered cloth, crimped cloth, polyester mesh, crimped cloth, etc., it is very suitable for summer clothing fabrics.
