Flannel

Flannel is a fabric in which grey fabrics are brushed by a brushing machine to present fluffy fluff, usually plain or twill weave. It can be divided into different flannels according to different characteristics.

1. According to the fabric structure, there are plain velvet, serge velvet and twill velvet, and according to the suede situation, there are single-sided velvet and double-sided velvet;

2. According to the thickness of the fabric, there are thick velvet and thin velvet, and according to the printing and dyeing processing method, there are bleached velvet, variegated velvet, printed velvet and yarn-dyed velvet;

3. Yarn-dyed velvet is divided into strip velvet, check velvet, color velvet, sesame velvet, straight velvet and so on according to the fancy style.

The flannel has soft hand feeling, good warmth retention, strong moisture absorption and comfortable wearing. Mainly used for men's and women's winter shirts, pants, children's work clothes, linings, etc.

Corduroy

Corduroy is woven with a fleece weave. Because of learning to use the weft raising method, the surface fleece strips are like strips of corduroy, so it is called corduroy. According to the materials used, it can be divided into full yarn corduroy (single yarn for warp and weft), half corduroy (twist for warp and single yarn for weft) and full corduroy (strand for warp and weft).

The corduroy's fleece is plump, thick in texture, wear-resistant and durable, and has good heat retention. Mainly used for spring, autumn and winter men's and women's overalls, shirts and skirts, jeans, children's clothing, shoes and hats fabrics.

Velvet

Velveteen, also known as mercerized velveteen, is a pure cotton fabric woven with a pile weave. According to the processing method, it can be divided into warp raising and weft raising, the former is called cut warp velveteen, and the latter is called cut weft velveteen.

The velveteen fabric has the characteristics of plump and flat fluff, thick texture, soft luster, soft hand feel, good warmth retention, wear resistance and wear resistance, and is not easy to wrinkle. It is mainly used as a fabric for women's spring, autumn and winter work clothes and shoes and hats.

Twill

The twill fabric is usually woven with a 2/1↖ weave. The twill pattern on the front of the fabric is obvious, and the reverse side is blurred. The fine twill fabric woven with fine special yarn is called denim fabric woven with medium special yarn.

The twill body is tight, thick and soft to the touch. A small amount is sold in the market, mainly used as quilt and underwear. Most of them are processed into colored cloth and flower cloth. Color denim for uniforms, sportswear fabrics and workwear clips. Patterned twill is used for women's and children's clothing. The large flower can be used as a quilt cover.

Five, down cloth

Down cloth is also known as anti-fleece cloth, anti-feather cloth. The down cloth is compact in structure, flat and smooth, rich in luster, smooth in hand, firm in texture, breathable and down-proof. Mainly used for mountaineering clothes, ski clothes, down overalls, jackets, duvet fabrics, etc.
