Weft weight velveteen series: Plain velvet structure, because of the many intersections of warp and weft, the fabric is tight and the hand feels firm. The weft is replaced by two heavy wefts and a single weft is interlaced with the warp to obtain a heavy velveteen. Weave different warp and weft densities and widths by selecting warp and weft of different deniers, and we can also develop many different weft weight series velveteen. As the weaving points of warp and weft of the weft heavy velveteen are reduced, the hand feel is softer. The soft structure is prone to wrinkles during dyeing and finishing. Therefore, the dyeing and finishing of the weft heavy velveteen must take some corresponding measures to avoid wrinkles. In addition, due to the addition of wefts in the weft-weighted velveteen structure, the number of pile warps on the pile surface is relatively reduced, and the pile becomes sparse and easy to expose. For this product, it is necessary to strengthen brushing and other treatments when finishing, so that the fluff is fluffy, and pour it to one side, so as to cover up the bottoming phenomenon and increase the smoothness and fullness of the suede.
Multi-fiber interwoven velveteen series: Flash velveteen selects ordinary viscose silk and other recycled fibers as the velvet warp in the structure of ordinary velveteen to form flash velvet. Because the surface of these recycled fibers is smooth and clean, it is easy to reflect light in the same direction and shine brightly. In addition, the internal microstructure has less crystal areas and high coloring rate. After printing and dyeing, the color is bright and becomes a sparkling velveteen. Due to the smooth surface of the recycled fiber, the frictional resistance between the nodes interlaced with the weft is very small. When used in clothing, these fluffs are easy to fall off during wearing. Therefore, flash velvet is generally only suitable for curtains, curtains and other decorations. It is rarely used in clothing.
Snow velveteen: ordinary velveteen and weft heavy velveteen can be made into snowflake velveteen. The velvet warp is made of polyester-cotton blended yarn, and the polyester component is not dyed during dyeing, so that the polyester fiber in the suede remains white and is evenly and softly mixed in the surface. In the dyed luster, the effect is like snowflakes. The dyeing and finishing of snowflake velvet can be carried out according to the process of ordinary pure cotton velvet.
Spacer velveteen: If the velvet warp is regularly spaced with pure cotton and recycled fiber, and each section is selected with an appropriate width, then weaving a variety of different specifications of spacer velveteen. Due to the difference in dyeing rate between cotton and recycled fiber, although the dyeing process is the same as that of ordinary pure cotton velvet, two completely different dyeing effects can be obtained, just like stitching and sewing with two different fabrics.
Inserted velveteen: In the cotton velveteen warp, weave several polyester filaments appropriately to make the embedded velveteen. These polyester filaments can be raw white or dyed. Because these polyester yarns have excellent dye fastness, they will not affect each other during the entire velveteen dyeing and finishing process. Various lines appear on the velveteen surface.
