There are many kinds of polyester fabrics. In addition to pure polyester fabrics, there are also various blended textiles. Mixed textiles can improve the comprehensive properties of polyester products to a certain extent. Generally speaking, polyester is mainly divided into polyester staple and polyester filament. According to physical properties, uses and functions, it can be divided into nascent silk, drawn silk, textured silk, decorative silk, etc.

1. Polyester staple fabric.

According to the fiber section, it can be divided into profiled filament and hollow filament.

Cotton, wool, hemp and silk can be divided into processing requirements.

It can be divided into clothing, cotton, decoration and industrial use.

Cation dyeable, hygroscopic, flame retardant, colored, pilling.

According to physical properties, it can be divided into high strength low elongation type, high modulus type and high strength high modulus type.

2. Mesh manufacturer polyester silk fabric.

① Textured wire includes conventional textured wire, stretch textured wire and air textured wire.

② Drawn yarn includes drawn yarn (low-speed drawn yarn), fully drawn yarn (one-step spinning and drawing method), and fully drawn yarn (one-step spinning method)

③ The primary filament includes unrestretched filament (conventional spinning), semi oriented filament (medium speed spinning), oriented filament (high-speed spinning) and highly oriented filament (high-speed spinning)

3. Three methods to judge polyester fabric.

① Judging by combustion method: polyester will shrink, melt and smoke when burning; The flame is yellow and fragrant; The burning ashes are black brown glass spheres. If you twist with your hands, the ash will twist.

② Warp knitted mesh can be judged as polyester staple or polyester filament by description of yarn specification. Generally, the unit of staple fiber is S, and the unit of filament is D, so the yarn specification is 32S, 21S is generally polyester staple fiber, and 75D and 100D are polyester long fibers.

③ Direct identification of staple fibers by hand: polyester staple fiber yarn is formed by a plurality of staple fibers clockwise or counterclockwise, and the yarn rotates left and right. If it is cut into staple yarns, they will not be cut into filaments.
